What is Secured2 Stenographic Compression (S2SC)?
Secured2 Stenographic Compression (S2SC) is a newly patented technology that protects and compresses your data. Data, as we define it, are any input that a user gives to a program (in this case a program using S2SC). Examples of datatypes that S2SC applies to it include, but are not limited to, a file (on a computer, such as a document, picture, or directory), live/stored audio or video recording (like a phone call, video chat, song, or movie/video), user login credentials (such as a username, email, or password used to logon to a site), and system commands (such as commands sent to a server via SSH or instructions sent to a vehicle being controlled from a remote location).

Various methods of compression save companies money by reducing the amount of data stored, and therefore reducing the costs of hardware purchases and maintenance. However, as data has expanded companies are left with no option other than to get more data centers or upgrade the thousands of machines, they currently own. On top of rising costs for data storage, companies are plagued with worry over a sudden hack and must make tradeoffs because compressing & encrypting data takes time. What is the status of Secured2 Data Compression today?
Secured2 has proven the S2SC technology on smaller data sets and is rapidly optimizing the algorithm so it can handle much larger data sets in the petabyte level & above. We anticipate having the solution in market and ready for beta testing sometime in late 2020 or 2021. Today, Secured2 has modified an existing compression technology to reach the highest compression levels available in the market today. This provides our current customers the benefits of storage cost reduction savings, compression speed enhancements and less infrastructure to manage. Our modified version of compression is currently deployed with our partners Microsoft and AWS. Very soon we will replace the modified compression algorithm with our new S2SC compression that is going to revolutionize how we reduce data size for all applications.
